ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: AUGUST 31, 2026
- Abstracts presented at the congress will be included in the abstract book to be prepared later.
- Abstracts will only be accepted via the online submission module on the congress website.
- Abstracts must be prepared in Turkish or English and must be original.
- Abstract submissions will be made in two groups: oral or poster.
- The entire abstract text of the abstract must not exceed 400 words, excluding the title, authors' names, and surnames.
- Abstracts to be presented at the congress must be of a nature that can contribute to scientific development in the form of research and case presentations.
- The final decision on the presentation format of the abstract, oral, or poster, belongs to the scientific committee.
- Abstracts of abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, acceptance or rejection letters and presentation format (oral/poster) will be sent to the applicants, and the accepted abstracts will also be announced on the congress's official website.
- Acceptance or rejection letters will be sent to the email addresses you have registered with the abstract system.
- In order for the abstracts to be published in the congress abstract book, the abstract presenters must have completed the congress registration and paid the congress registration fees.
- Abstracts that are included in the program but not presented at the congress or whose abstracts are not submitted on time will not be published in the abstract book.
- Abstracts that have been evaluated by the referee board, deemed appropriate to be presented at the congress and presented by the abstract presenter at the time specified in the scientific program will be published in the congress booklet and on the congress website.
- The deadline for abstract submission is August 31, 2026 by the end of the day.
- Presentations can be made in the form of oral presentations, poster presentations, or online oral presentations.
Oral Presentation Rules
- Oral presentation and online presentation rules will be announced later on the website.
E-Poster Preparation Rules
- The posters to be prepared must be prepared in vertical format with a size of 16:9 in order to be viewed correctly on the LCD screen.
- Posters must be saved as JPEG and PDF and sent to nlonline@nlmice.com by the end of the day on October 15, 2026.
Full Text Submission Rules
- Last submission date for full text: November 25, 2026. You can send your full texts to nlonline@nlmice.com.
- There is no obligation to send full texts at our congress. Paper owners who wish to can send full texts.
- The full texts of the papers accepted and presented within the scope of the congress will be published in the congress proceedings book.
- Full texts must consist of a minimum of 1500 and a maximum of 2500 words, excluding the bibliography.
- Full texts can be sent in Turkish or English.
- The following order should be followed in the structuring of full-text papers: Title, keywords (Keywords: First letter should be capitalized, maximum 5 words with commas between each word), 1. Introduction, 2. Materials and Methods, 3. Findings, 4. Discussion 5. Conclusion and Recommendations, 6. References.
- Abstracts submitted as full texts do not need to be added.
